Sometimes you need inspiration to look outside the box and I have found some on Apple Apricot's blog with the Simply Neutrals Tuesday share.
I for one am all about colour. Lots of it! So it is a challenge for me to think in neutrals. But I'm all up for challenges so here we go!
This week was to find something out and about, something you've been given, made etc and send in a link.
Off I went with trusty camera around the house and property. (plucking weeds as I went)
I found numerous subjects to photograph but the best had to be my boy Chilli.
Such a beautiful animal, we found him years ago starving in a paddock. But now he lives happily here with Bill and is loved as all animals should be.
And of course, this little fellow. Happily hiding in the garden.
What a soulful lovely photo!
ReplyDeleteAnd what a luck, that you have found him and he lives with you now
Greetings from Germany
Thank you Mascha for the follow and your comment. You are lucky no.1! And he does have the most beautiful eyes! x

Hi Marie
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting. x Julie
Came over from Wen's to see your photo. It is beautiful! Thank you for rescuing him. I do not have a blog.
ReplyDeleteHello Marie, I love your gorgeous white horse, Chilli - funny name for a white horse :) He looks placid and peaceful. How wonderful of you to rescue him. Your smiling Buddha statue is charming, too.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Jesse
Hi Jesse
ReplyDeleteThankyou for your comment. By all accounts Chilli was an ex - racer (and damaged because of it and probably dumped on some unsuspecting novice with little or no handling, so not an easy horse to manage initially for us. He definitely lived up to his name, being a little hot to handle! But with age and lots of loving he has settled down (a bit - he still gets frightened easily and I have been accidentally damaged by him a few times) But his basic nature is very loving and he reminds me of a toddler, even though he is 21 this year! I had a look at your blog and it is lovely and was going to follow, except I couldn't find the link? I'll go back and take another peek. x Julie
Found it! Right at the bottom :-)
